Quality Assurance Standards
1. This product compensates for legitimate damage to customers in accordance with the government's notified consumer dispute resolution standards.
- Fabric defect, subsidiary material defect, sewing defect, size inaccuracy, unfair indication (non-display and defective indication) and material composition
Laundry accident due to non-conformity: Free repair, exchange, and refund of purchase price for those within one year from the date of purchase.
(However, defective sewing can be repaired free of charge after one year)
- Products that do not fit or have design or color complaints: Within 7 days of purchase, there is no damage to the product.
If you remove the tag, you can exchange it for the same price.
- In the case of one set (set/unset), even if there is an abnormality on only one side, it is treated as one set/unset.
However, if the material and design are different, only the appropriate clothing can be exchanged.
2. Products that have been damaged due to consumer carelessness, deformation due to washing mistakes, and quality warranty period of one year have elapsed.
We are not responsible for compensation, and if repair is possible, we will repair it free of charge or at actual cost.
(Because of the nature of the knitwear, length cannot be repaired.)
3. If there is a problem with the product, please contact the head office immediately for repair/exchange/refund, but other companies can do it.
It is not possible if it is repaired in a regular repair room.
Washing method and handling precautions
Make sure to dry-clean this product.Please be careful as it may get stained, discolored, or bleached when washing.
Please wrap or remove buttons or accessories with tin foil as they may be damaged during washing.
Due to its nature, friction may cause damage to the fabric, such as tearing, so be careful when handling.

Shipping Method: Rosen Courier
Delivery area: Nationwide (excluding some regions)
Shipping information: It takes 2–7 days based on the average deposit completion date. (excluding Saturday/Sunday/holiday)
Shipping fee: Free shipping if you pay more than 50,000 won based on the actual payment amount (but only on the company's website)
KRW 2,500 for payment under KRW 50,000 (basic shipping fee)
* For Jeju and islands and mountainous areas, additional shipping charges (airline, ferry fees) are charged for shipping, returning, or exchanging.

Exchange and return information
Exchange/Return Period: Within 7 days of receipt of product
Exchange procedure: Size and product defect exchange only. If you want to exchange it, go to the customer center.
Please make an inquiry.(If there is no stock of exchange, it will be notified as a refund)
- Exchanges will be made after the delivery fee is deposited and the product is received.

Exchange/Return Shipping: The shipping fee is KRW 5,000 (Return fee varies depending on whether or not the shipping fee is paid when ordering).
In the case of exchange/return for reasons such as defective products, shipping is free.
Reasons for non-exchange/return
Exchange/return is not possible in the following cases:
- If the exchange/return period (within 7 days of receipt of the product) is exceeded,
- If the product specification is changed (initial products, size-adjusted products, etc.) at the request of the customer.
- If the product has already been used or part of the product has been consumed,
- If the collection is delayed due to reasons attributable to the customer,
- If the problematic product is pre-processed by another company (general repair room, etc.) rather than the head office,
